Agreement from all family members/roommates to welcome a cat.
Residency
Prioritizing Davao City residents & nearby areas for accessible support.
Health
No allergies or conditions preventing a comfortable cat environment.

Fill out the official CATeneo Adoption Form.
Interview
A short conversation to help us understand your lifestyle and capacity to care for a cat.
Assessment
We want to make sure adopters can provide a stable, loving, and lifelong home. We look at a criteria shown below.
Orientation
Before adoption, all applicants must have a Cat Care Orientation.
Trial Period
2-4 week adjustment period to ensure a perfect match. Volunteers may visit or call to check in.
Assessment Criteria
Financial Stability
Can cover food, litter, vaccines, spay/neuter, and vet checkups.
Commitment
Cats live 10-15 years on average. Adoption means lifelong responsibility, not just when it's convenient.
Lifestyle
Applicants should have enough time, space, and energy for daily feeding, play, and companionship.
Environment
A safe, secure home (e.g., screened windows, no harmful plants, no history of animal cruelty, no aggressive pets).
